If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return it within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. They are no re-stocking fees.
The return process is straightforward: just email the Maison Bianco team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you step by step. You will then contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise you are returning. You must ship the product back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties back to the place of dispatch (if any) will be sustained by the customer.
Please remember that we cannot accept returns on products that have been customized especially for you.
Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same state they were initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Bank transfer is also available please request at checkout. Currency is shown in either £ Sterling, € Euros or $ US Dollar
We ship to all countries worldwide delivery costs for all products are displayed next to the product pricing where applicable. All orders are shipped directly from the artist, furniture dealer or factory. They are safely and securely delivered to your site using specialist shippers. All shipments are insured for the whole value of the product. When you order large or fragile products, they will package in wooden crates, this will ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.

Orders for the EU, USA, and Canada have no duties to pay, Maison Bianco has already pre-paid if applicable. Orders to other countries may be subject to local duties & taxes.
